A requirement for GDPR

With the entry into force of the new European regulation, GDPR training is one of the mandatory elements for which the owner and manager will be held accountable, giving evidence.

Indeed, Article 29 Reg. 679/2016 reminds us that: 'The controller, or anyone acting under his or her authority or that of the controller, who has access to personal data may not process such data unless he or she is instructed to do so...'.

Being "instructed to that effect" means having full knowledge of what actions are being taken on the data and what kind of impact they will have.
