We will reply to your request within one month from the date of its receipt; this term may be extended by a further two months in the event of particular complexity and number of requests.
In the event of non-compliance with the request, you may lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Privacy Guarantor) pursuant to art. 77 and lodge a judicial appeal pursuant to art. 79.
